B875-31 - "1st Bayard Turn"

Seen late in the day (which started off sunny) headed for Cumberland, MD from Bayard, WVA at Blaine, WV is the B875-31 with around 80 loads of Western Maryland coal for the powerplants in the east, or even for export. This operation tends to run in the late evening during the winter (not sure about the summer) making photography of it difficult. The on-again off-again nature of it doesn't help either. Happily, for me, of the three times we've set out to see it, we've seen it! :)
