NHN (HLCX) 3825 maiden trip as the lead power

This is the first trip on the NHN using one of the "new" GP-38's as the lead unit. Seen here as they were leaving the Dover yard heading north with a small load of empties, and no LPG tank cars.
Wayne and Lenny said they were glad to be running short hood forward for a change.
They plan on having both of the GP-38's on the return trip this evening.
