This train is running at max track speed, 59 mph, as it bends into the curve at Mahoney road, just south of 91st street, Clarendon Hills, IL. I took this picture standing on top of my work truck and the view through the zoom lens was exciting to say the least. This little known spot is excellent for action shots.
