NS Coal Cars through Ludlow?

A cut of about 10 NS coal hoppers came through Ludlow, VT, on a Vermont Rail Systems train. I post this only as a question, to wonder if there is a coal job up here, or anything of that sort. My guess is that this is interchange traffic at Whitehall, NY, to CP then to NS.
