ex CN GP40-2WL in Ludlow, VT HLCX leasing ex-CN GP40-2WL 9662 is the middle unit in a Vermont Rail Systems train this past summer. Did a little U-turn to catch it, that's for sure! Photographed by Marty Brown, July, 2003.
