Original power set-up (south to north):

Train #603: #3849, #3853, #3869, & #3855
Train #610: #3854

Here is the play by play:
Shortly before #610 arrived with the #3854, #603 dropped #3855 at the yard office. #603 then cut-off the #3853 & #3869 (Rail America paint) which was attached to the train #610 was to take south. At this point, #610 had arrived and placed their #3854 off to the side. #603's #3849 then switched over to hook onto the #3854. The crew from #610 will use the other 2 engines, the #3853 & #3869 The photo is the end result, so...

New power set-up (south to north):
Train #603: #3849 & #3854
Train #610: #3853 & #3869

After this, #610 headed south with their train.
