Fred Richardson at the throttle of #7

Fred Richardson, former general manager of Edaville and best friend of Edaville owner and savior F. Nelson Blount enjoys the view from the cab of "his" engine, Bridgton and Harrison #7, taken during Steamfest on the Maine Narrow Gauge last fall. Mr. Richardson, spry in his 8th decade, took the throttle for several runs, and seemed to enjoy it hugely.

Photographed by Mike Chapman, September, 2003.
Added to the photo archive by Michael Chapman, January 11, 2004.
Railroad: Maine Narrow Gauge.
