Rail Mounted Crane at Dry Dock #3 Carying Lifeboat

A World War II era rail mounted crane in operation at Boston's Dry Dock #3 servicing U.S. Naval Ship Charlton (T-AKR 314), a roll on/roll off cargo ship of the Military Sealift Command. The crane has plucked a lifeboat from the water after testing and is zipping along to the left at roughly 10 mph.
