B&M GP-38-2 #200 in disguise Kansas City, MO KCS

B&M GP-38-2 #200 is in new paint as KCS 4012 somewhere near Kansas City, Missouri. B&M GP-38-2 was originally numbered 212 until it was changed to 200 for the bicentennial, she also got a different set of horns for the bicentennial.
