Unusual NHN in Dover, NH

This is an Unsuual NHN in Dover, NH.
The NHN should have left northbound 2 hours ago but instead they are reeady to head to Boston as DOBO, fully loaded, and lead by Guilford #306.
Neither the NHN nor the Guilford crews were on site to ask why. All 5 engines were idling although the Guilford one sounded kind of sickly.
Possibly Lenny will shed some light on the subject if and when he sees this posting.
