Right place, Right time

The first of 16 scheduled trains to pass through the 2003 Folk Festival in Downtown Bangor rolls through, around 5pm.
Last year, only one train went through the Folk Festival, and that was Sunday morning. Due to the demands of the paper mill in Old Town, 16 trains were required, hence the snowfencing and barrel barracades, to provide a right of way for the tracks.
