This was created for Mr Bay to see if he could spot Allan in a crowd if he ever went to the Maine Narrow Gauge in Portland. The photo is of the Wilton Scenic Railroad which has just let their passengers off to stretch their legs before the return trip to Wilton. Can you find Waldo?
