Chemin de Fer Corse, Bocognano, Corsica, France

Shortly before arriving at this stop the train came to a halt. There was a very large wild boar dead, laying in the tracks. The operator of the rail car was a very exictable Corsican who was chattering away all the time. On seeing the wild boar he let out quite an exclamation and two nuns sitting in the back of the rail car came charging to the front to see what had happened. The train crew got out and rolled the boar off the tracks and we proceeded on. On arriving at this stop and everyone there after one member or the other the train crew would jump out and tell the station master all about it.
