Passengers waiting for the only train to New Haven - Shore Line East Passengers waiting at Track 3 in Old Saybrook for the Shore Line East train to arrive. SLE was the only thing running on the NEC during the blackout. Amtrak train 175 is on Track 1 behind the passengers.
