Have a COWL, man! CP RAIL SD40-2F 9019 and 9006, SD40-2 5630 and a SD40-2 5662 sit on the north end of East Binghamton Yard. The 9019 / 9006 / 5630 became the power for that day's 253. Photographed by Matt Adams, July 27, 2003.
