BAMA - working the Mill

Under normal circumstances, BAMA would never switch the mill trackage in Old Town. However, this week, a crew shortage has prevented OT-1 from running. It normally runs 7 days a week, and has only been run two. Thus, BAMA falls to the duty of a switcher.
