This sign is posted at the head of a private driveway near Elmwood Junction, NH. I don't know what the numbers refer to; perhaps an old print or postcard with a numbered picture of the area. Email me if you know, and I'll fix up this description. Just down the road from here is a post with a placard bearing the number 16, and it's in a reasonable spot for the station driveway. I've found no other such placards yet.
