Northern Vermont loco #510 on was on fire and in this picture it is getting extinguished by Millinockets Volunteer fire Department. This picture was taken in the village of West Seboeis Maine. The Loco was traveling towards Millinocket from Brownville JCT on the Millinocket Sub
