Westbound Ocean Limited

The Westbound Ocean is being led by a GP-38-2(W) on Marach 6th, 2003. I had heard the reason behind this was that one of the VIA engine's had problems with its traction motors, and couldn't be fix in Halifax.

Photographed by Jordan Herman, March 6, 2003.
Added to the photo archive by Jordan Herman, June 8, 2003.
Railroad: VIA.
