Boston-bound commuter run approaching Wakefield Junction 1953

Not to get too philosophical, but everything in this fifty-year-old photo is gone: The P-2, the cars, the industries on the left, St. Joseph's church spire in the left background, the Lead Lined Iron Pipe Company across the ROW, and the kid waving at the fireman.

Photographed by Paul Moccia, July, 1953.
Added to the photo archive by Paul Moccia, May 24, 2003.
Railroad: Boston & Maine.
