ALCo S-4 8081 & Chaplin Station, Durring the storm, 13:00

Alco S-4, 1000hp Switcher, Originally Central Vermont 8081, ne K&L Feeds, Frankin, Ct, #1. Also in the picture is the 1870s Station, from Chaplin, Ct, originally the station was located on the NYNH&H Air Line, the section from Willimantic to Boston, was originall owned by the Boston Hartford & Erie RR, before mergiong with other railroads to form the NYNH&H. Currently both are part of the collection at the Connecticut Eastern RR Museum, www.cteastrrmuseum.org
