Downeaster 684 slowly approaching Blackmore Rd crossing in Berwick, ME
Does anyone know why this train was only going about 15MPH. It usually goes through this area around 60MPH. Ironically it was on time crossing this road after taking several minutes to travel from the distant signal to my location. Could it be that it was running ahead of schedule and had to slow down as not to arrive at the Dover Yard too early?
