Ballast regulator used as Snowplow

This ballast regulator, on GE's siding in Somersworth, NH, was used two days ago as a snowplow on the Conway Branch to clear 2 feet of fresh snow off the tracks from the Ossipee pit to the main line in Rollinsford, NH.
