An Atlas Railroad High-Rail Construction truck sits on the tracks in Woolwich, Me. Over the old Carlton Bridge is a Safe Handling Train waiting to come across the Kennebec river in Bath, Me. Update 2004 Many millions of dollars was used to upgrade this line in 2001-2002, It is suppose to be able to handle trains going up to 70mph. However Maine Eastern Railway ran a passenegr train on this line in 2004 and said it could only handle a train doing about 59mph max.
