GRS Train POBK rolling up the grade at CPF 194 (Allen Ave.) in Portland. Power is MEC GP40 305-MEC GP40-2W 511-B&M GP40 332-B&M GP40 340. POBK has about 40 cars, including a number of empty lumber flats and propane tanks and is making about 30 MPH.
