Ex VIA FPA at Hantsport, Nova Scotia on the Windsor And Hantsport 7/97 W&H bought several FPA's from VIA, hoping they could be cheaply be reactivated. They were found to be beyond saving. The main generator of this unit was removed by the W&H and exchanged with CP for one of their still operating RS-18s. The W&H was given an operating RS-23 in exchange for the generator.
