Empty coal train westbound in Athol MA 4/1/09NS 8985, 9128 and 9296 head westbound thru Athol on 4/1/09 at 7:00am. It took them over 12 hours to get from Westminster to Athol (about 30 miles) because of an expired crew and who knows what else.
