Appears that the roadbed is being prepared for the new east track just north of Essex street in Andover. At the same time of this a member of the signal crew was in the shed at Essex street that will control the grade crossing at this downtown loacation.

The two bridge projects necessary to complete the project have both had their second ballast deck bridges in place with track on them.
