Looks like the tight curve on the PAR mainline in Andover is going to be upgraded. Parked on the not in service leg of the wye are various MOW equipment


As this connects with the T's Haverhill line just around the corner, it could be related to the double tracking in Andover currently in progress. It may be to speed up present 5 MPH freights through the Ballardvale area to VALE where it then can then diverge off to the new east bound track.
