New England Southern GMTX 1505 in NorthfieldFrom late Wednesday afternoon, 3/22, here was New England Southern's CA-1 Crew taking one load north to their customer, 3M, in Tilton.
The tracks cross NH Route 132 twice in Northfield, and this was by the north crossing, Since Vermont Rail System acquired New England Southern in July 2020, their part of the White Mountain Branch operates year round without yielding the tracks to snowmobile use, January through March.
Daytime runs are not very common to NEGS these days, so catching a daylight run on the way home from work is always a treat!
