MEC 3400 & 316 have been returned to CSX from the B&E. Here they are on M426-06 at CPF-SL (Stateline) Haverhill MA/Atkinson NH. These two (3400 & 316) along with 313 345 350 381 3401 3402 3403 & 3404 have been on lease to the B&E for quite some time.
