Not that long out of Williams, Arizona, the daily train to the South Rim is getting a run on the hill north of Pronghorn Ranch Road. The 4960 began life as an unremarkable CB&Q engine. It was, however, rebuilt and upgraded into something more modern mechanically and assertive in appearance.
