Lifting the Signal

Within a few days of damage to this signal on the Newport Secondary, John Pratt and Everett Stuart implement their plan to make the necessary repairs.

This photo shows the process of 'carefully' lifting the signal off of the Navy Station Newport perimeter fence and positioning it for installation of a new base.

OCNRR brakeman, Pat MacComber, provides flag coverage.
