Meeting the southbound Budd car at Wellington

A Parksville-bound freight meets the southbound Budd Car at the Wellington siding. As of Feb.09, 2004 RDC 6148 is the only operational RDC(1 of 3 cars) on the E&N right now. VIA 6133 is being used as a parts source and will be rebuilt at a later date, and VIA 6135 hit a rock slide near milepost 16 on the southend of the Victoria Sub. Both the 6135 and 6148 were rebuilt recently by Industrial Rail Services of Moncton, NB.
