A crew member from ST 200 (GP35) closes the switch leading to the old Ford facility in Ayer after completing his work and prepares to head west back to the Hill Yard. I am not sure whether this would have been the conductor in 1995, or if the conductors still had brakemen to assist them with this snowy work back then.
