This is not your father's South Station...

I hadn't visited Boston South Station in over 2 years and the platform scene has changed dramatically! Where Amtrak/MBTA platforms used to be out in the open near the head house, now the tracks are completely covered due to construction of a new office tower. South Station now has a subterranean vibe.
