Much action could be captured here at South Station, back in the day. Obviously the tower and accompanying structures offered much more charm than today, the new April 2022 TRAINS magazine will reveal to the reader.

I agree that new construction over South Station and proposed MBTA fare gates will make the terminal a very unattractive place to take RR photos. Of course the sterile collection of Amtrak and MBTA equipment won't help either.
