New EL Caboose on eastbound pig train at Owego

In 1969 EL ordered a new set of 20 bay window cabeese from International Car that featured roller bearing trucks, a first for the EL. C356 is alive and well today preserved at French Creek Valley RR Historical Society at Meadville, PA, a former Erie shop town.
