Here's the Rail Runner Express train 102 from Belen/Albuquerque arriving at the County Rd 599 station in the I-25 median about 10 miles south of its Santa Fe destination. At CR 599 station, passengers can transfer to a bus to go the final 48 miles (!) to their jobs at Los Alamos National Labs.
