Two "Big Hooks" (EL on the left and LV on the right) have been called in to rescue an EL derrick that apparently rolled over on the super-elevated curve at Owego while cleaning up a derailment (IIRC). The recalcitrant derrick's boom is being placed on a flat car under the watchful eyes of perhaps a few managers? The weather isn't helping matters any...
