At around noon on Friday 5/19/17, AY-1 crew stopped on the east wye with an unusual consist - the B&M flat car purpose is to hold individual wheels. Once track workers cleared up at the east wye to main 2 switch (tie replacement?), 610 & 600 would take the empty flat to the old Ford auto unload facility to pick up wheels from Graniteville wreck cars that are being scrapped. Appranetly the wheels will be sent to E Deerfield shop for re-use.
