Amtrak heritage engine No. 822 leads the Amtrak office car special train across the Conn. River between Windsor Locks and Warehouse Point, Conn. The train made a tour of the improvements on the Conn. River Line north of Springfield, Mass. for the up-coming high speed Amtrak service. It was very dark by the time the train arrived at Northampton, MA.
