Photo of Arcade & Attica RR
Arcade & Attica RR

The former wye track in the Arcade yard has been removed and the area cleared of trees and brush. The leg of the wye went off to the left.

This was former Buffalo & Susquehanna track built in 1905. I'm standing on the old mainline that ran from Wellsville to Buffalo. It was abandoned in 1917. The A&A bought it to gain access to the Pennsylvania RR at Arcade Junction.

The wye will be rebuilt with a state grant.
