1895 Bryn Mawr (PA) Interlocking Control Tower (B&W)The abandoned Bryn Mawr (PA) Interlocking Control Tower next to Track 4 of the four track former Pennsylvania Railroad "Main Line" grade (now jointly operated by Amtrak and SEPTA) west of Philadelphia at Bryn Mawr station (MP 10.1). This tower opened in August, 1895, and remained in service for almost a century until closed in 1994 after a fire in the locking room. Its operations were subsequently remoted to Paoli. (B&W version)
