On Saturday, June 17th, John LaBarre and Phil Goldstein completed installation of the running gear on the NYO&W caboose being restored by the Ulster & Delaware RR Historical Society in Arkville. Above is a photo of the pedestals that were just attached to the frame of the bobber. Also attached were the middle pivot points for the springs, one on each side. These were previously painted with a two part black primer then with a two part clear top coat.
