CMRR Coaches on Ulster & Delaware line, outside Kingston, NY (MP 5.4)

These passenger cars rest on the main line of the Ulster & Delaware, just west of the crossing of US Route 209 outside of Kingston. The closer car is an ex-NYC, ex-Connecticut Valley diner the "Lion Gardiner"; the next Erie Lackawanna MU 4322, and the far two are CNJ 1198 and 1204. The cars belong to the Catskill Mountain Railroad, to be renovated in the future. This section of the line has not yet been rehabilitated. However, the crossing over US Route 209 remains in place as well as the crossing of County Route 5, a short distance further north.
