Photo of B&M 6154 at Troy NH
B&M 6154 at Troy NH

Hard to think this former B&M / MBTA Budd RDC-1 was stored for years around Bellows Falls and North Walpole on Vermont Rail System with no purpose. Today the 6154 is proudly displayed at the Troy Passenger Station, easily located just off Route 12, just south of Keene. The rails are long gone, and the Cheshire Rail Trail lives on.

The 6154 was just one of a handful of B&M RDC-1's to have this 1956 updated car body built in March of 1957. Much restoration has taken place both inside and out has to preserve this piece of B&M Railroad history.

Sure looks good there!
