Metro North's newest heritage wrapped locomotive is in patriotic red, white and blue in honor of our country's 250th anniversary in 2026. I caught the locomotive sunning itself adjacent to Union Station, home to the Danbury Railway Museum. It pulled a train up from Grand Central on Friday and will return back to the city on Monday morning.
