Photo of Old Boiler of HT&W No.1?
Old Boiler of HT&W No.1?

I posted a picture of this before but I decided to examine this a little closer during the warmer months. Could this possible be a part of HT&W engine N0.1? A few years back I came across a old postcard from the 1930s or 40's with a picture of a old locomotive boiler mounted on a platform sitting in the middle of water. It said that it was the old boiler from HT&W engine No.1 which was repurposed and used as a "mobile power source" mounted on a platform and trucks. It said at some point it got stranded in a flood in the Sherman Reservoir and it has been there since. I saw this old section of boiler on the edge of the reservoir when it was low and made me wonder could this possibly be it?
