L066 CSXT 6219 on the Crossover Track in Concord

Here was the L066 Crew taking CSXT 6219 onto the Crossover Track in Concord from the Main to the Valley Track. They would back down the Valley Track to grab a couple of utility empty pole cars before returning with one load of poles.

2025 marks the first time true CSX power has run on the Nashua Subdivision & Hillsboro Branch. Three CSX GP40-2's have been used this year: #4450, #6152, and #6219. CSXT 6219 was built new as Western Maryland 4320 in November 1978, became B&O 4320. (RR Picture Archives)

On the right side of this picture is the former site of the Concord Yard Tower which was torn down this past August after efforts were made to save it.
